You will work hand-in-hand with our VP of Marketing, while assisting and coordinating a range of marketing activities to support our 45+ locations throughout Florida!Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
Proactively manages ordering, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials, including in-clinic items such as pens, rack cards, posters, and items used for events or other purposes. Ensures all materials used in the clinics are up to date.
Assists in planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns – examples include launches of new business lines, seasonal campaigns, and grand openings.
Manages completion of marketing tasks necessary to successfully open a new clinic or acquire an existing clinic in a timely fashion. Examples tasks include ordering banners, managing updates to website, updating creative assets, providing pertinent information (phone numbers, address, etc.) to media agency.
Is accountable for the accuracy of information included marketing materials such as collateral, radio scripts, email creative, etc. Regularly performs quality checks of online assets including online check-in.
Coordinates participation in local marketing events to drive awareness of and visits to our clinics. Duties include identifying opportunities, developing and ordering collateral, attending events as needed, and tracking and reporting on results.
Performs light reporting and analysis duties such as tracking of marketing spend on a monthly basis.
Assists in development of marketing campaigns and any other marketing related tasks required to support continued expansion of the company.
Performs competitive analysis as neededMarketing Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is required
1-3 years of experience in marketing, agency experience a plus
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social and digital media
Valid Florida driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to and from the job, other facility locations and to corporate events.Core Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and drive results.
Analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
